Beautiful home The only thing I didn't like was having entertainment upstairs like the pool table etc. Because if a person has guests over they wouldn't want them having to go upstairs then maybe some ppl don't mind But I do😊 I would prefer my entertainment areas downstairs Unless I have a pj lounge for the kids or just a pj lounge for extra TV watching But overall you did a great presentation of showing the home👍👍Thank you

Hi, I love your show and I've watched a couple of your vedios but however I feel like your making the tour about you than the houses. We see more of you than the house and most of the angles of the houses aren't shown. A tour is supposed to be specific and informative to can attract potential buyers. I also buy into properties and I can promise you with how your showcasing am not even sure what am looking at. You need to start showing more of the house and less of your self in the shots, start from the entrance and take us through the whole house than jump shots. We get lost in the tour wen you jump shots and end up losing interest in continuing watching the rest of the show. Bare that in mind we want to be with you in the house your showing so wen you skip places and cut to where you think is important then ull lose audience along the way.

What more can you ask of from a bathroom 🙌😭

This is beautiful, in actual fact Cape Town has the best Penthouses when it comes to views. You guys did an awesome presentation on this one, really I would buy it with immediate effect if money was enough. But one day is one day, it might not be this Penthouse by then.

I really like the house but Restricting the camera motion, and it ends up looking like I’m only seeing a picture the camera has to move more so we can get a clear picture of the room/area not just being stationary
