Don't sell your phone to this con men. My phone has light scratches and they put it into the tier of "damaged" and offered me what they would for a broken phone after I shipped it to them. Bait and switch business practices. AVOID!!!

I plugged my headphones into my phone and no sound was coming out but when I took them out there was still no sound, and now no sound comes out of my phone at all. What do I need to do, and if I take it to a phone fixing place, will they be able to fix it.

For the poor viewers like me, I found either Q-tips or a tiny rolled up toilet paper square to feed into the jack and pick up the debris. In my case, it was tomato juice. I'm glad it didn't permanently damage my jack

My headphone were working fine with laptop but stopped working on my phone. I used this video to try to clean my phone. It worked for few seconds then went dead again. So I took the phone to a repair shop. He tried a different headphone and found nothing wrong with phone. So just a bit of advice folks go try a different headphone first before you start cleaning phones and inadvertently end up messing something.

I’m confused. Might be my age, 70. I’m trying to figure out which gen I have for my iPad Air, back panel Model A 1474. Opening settings I find MD785LL/B. I misordered a case for it believing it was gen 4. Any help is appreciated. Thx, Steve

Hi Steve! Open Settings Tap “General” Tap “About” A list will appear showing all the details of your iPad, including the model name (mine’s a 9th generation), model number, serial number, etc, etc. Hope this helps! 🙂
