there are a few different colors I see on villas brown, Camposol cream, gray, blue, bright Yellow, and white. to answer your question I would imagine that the price would be based on the size of the villa to be painted as one price would not fit all ,ie Fiesta there would be less to paint than a Neptune-sized villa x
