@@Connectedglobe I tried that, and now I can’t reconnect my Bluetooth to it. Actually, the step before the Bluetooth connection… press and hold doorbell button for ten seconds until you hear the “reset succeeded” prompt. Tried this several times and no prompt.

There’s no way to communicate with any service, they don’t respond to any attempted communication, forget about speaking to a live person. The camera gets walked by numerous times a day, but there’s only a few video recordings , why? And I’m locked into them for another 6 months. Sorry I didn’t get the Ring

No, you can only access the camera after the doorbell button has been pressed.

Confirm if the sim card is still active. Your network provider might have blocked the sim card. You can also change the sim to another sim card of a different network provider.

When your at the pairing stage you can touch the barcode on your phone / iPad etc to change it numerous times until it pairs but be patient after each bar code change till it pairs. When you connect to your home routers WiFi with anything, use that name and password details in your doorbell set up section.. The routers name and password is either under or on the back of your router or on your documents.

Troubleshoot it by resetting the camera, confirming that there is data on the sim card, confirm if the sim card is active and not blocked, changing the network provider of the sim card, check for the dominate network in your environment. If any of this does not work, reach out to your supplier.

Is it only possible to change the ringtone/doorbell sound on the speaker thing with Bluetooth? Or also on the doorbell itself? The doorbell it self has a horrible sound.

They don't have any cuatomer service which is horrible My 2nd awit won't connect bc it says old owner must log off even tho I'm the first owner!! 😮 Crazy why can't they have customer service or email somewhere and get answers? Because Google doesn't have the answer. And resetting the button doesn't do a factory reset!!! 😠 😠 😡
