I m always puzzled (as a classical fiddler )by the extended 4 bar phrases ( by one bar) & how the ensemble coordinated this together without reading .does this fit with dance music ?

ANYONE KNOW THE ANSWER? A number of years ago I saw Lunasa live in Cardigan (Wales) . Trevor Hutchinson played a double bass solo to give the other guys a break. It was fabulous.... I bought a handful of their albums but it wasn't on any of them..... ANY advice as to what it might have been and where I migh find a re3cording would be much appreciated.

@trainandbikefan Best way to get an answer to this is to send a personal message directly to Trevor vis his Facebook page - facebook.com/trevor.hutchinson.58

Janet is a phenomenal musician with a lot of talent. I think she also plays violin, keyboards & sings. I've told her to set high goals. She's got the potential to do great things. Her hubbie Blake is a musician, guitarist & singer too.

I wonder if Ken Kesey who wrote One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest was inspired by the name of this house to name his protagonist Mcmurphy. The story takes place in Oregon I believe. Mcmurphy was of course brilliantly portrayed in the film by Jack Nicholson.
@RedAkumaSan3 ай бұрын
@melanie4354 Very possibly! Ken Kesey lived just west of Eugene in the town called Veneta. I think that is where the original "Furthur" is permanently parked.
