Sure, the same as any other HOA fees. However, they cannot be raised for at least 10 years. The figure was USD.

I definitely don’t want to live next to animal slaughtering. And certainly not animals that elicit the response “Awww they’re so cute”. My heart couldn’t take knowing that was going on next door or nearby. Everything else before that seemed proper and amazing though. That’s a shame.

Sorry, but people eat animals all over the world and animals eat other animals all over the world, so it will be impossible to live somewhere that animals are not being killed for food. But each individual gets to determine whether or not they want to eat meat and that is perfectly fine. I was vegetarian for about 12 years, but now I eat meat.

@@EricIsFree The comment was not about eating meat. It’s about animal slaughtering occurring within the neighborhood. Does it stop at rabbits or can the neighbors slaughter chickens, goats, hogs, etc on their private property? The sounds and screams of animals and sight of bloody carcasses would be unsettling for sure.

Sure, if you can build your own house and have the time then certainly go that route. But if you plan on buying from a professional developer you will pay a fair price.

Looks a lot like my chihuahua and, yes, they are too brave for their own good. My dog has scared me numerous times by chasing horses, mules and big dogs. My chihuahua is wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with him.
