The manufactuer designed it that way, as a used equipment dealer we work with what is there or replace them for the test.

No Clint ... it's sold to a California manufacturer... tested and sold in operating condition ... around 18K... I do know of another one here in NJ which is slightly larger.... drop me a line at [email protected] ... I may have some other options for you as well

Not sure what your asking Alif, but, all fittings are cleaned before connections and in the case of threaded (NPT) fitting, these are "chased" or recut with a die ... our testing is all under 100 psi so this would be considered lower pressure testing
