Yes these cars are cool...my dad's 62 Has been rebuilt over the years..& many people offered to buy it; & his 1963 Corvette convertible...sure don't make these vehicles with quality any more..

Don't ever open up the vent when it is wet because the radio will get wet, I know from experience.

The oil fill tube is for a 1968 Z-28, not a 1969, which had the oil fill hole in the left valve cover, as this card does as well. Two oil fill holes on the same engine? Something seems amiss here.

The “Hood Bird” is wrong. The small “Trans-Am”decal on the front above the headlight is on the wrong side. The “Shaker” is wrong too. The shaker looks like it came from an early model Trans-Am. Other than that…the car looks pretty nice.

Unless I'm mistaken, these late model C3's all came with A/C. Also, I believe they all came standard with an automatic trans and the 4-speed manual was an option. Time sure had changed with these late model Vettes. The earlier ones all came with standard transmissions and A/C was an option. If this was being judged by NCRS, you'd lose a point maybe because the clock is not working. But that wouldn't be deal breaker for anyone wanting to purchase this car. I went to your website and couldn't find this Vette. Has it been sold? And if not, how much are you asking?

I had a midnight blue 77, levis edition back in the day. It didn't sound like that though.

Those valve covers are not 3500 mile-crusty. More like 100k-crusty.

Nothing like winding the sweet motor out to 4500 RPM and seeing that speedometer bury the needle at 85 mph. Exhilarating!!
