Congratulations. Loved your interaction with the vacationers. Like the spinach as a topping. And the idea of ham, but it did look like bacon on the video. If you like black olives try that sometimes as your "meat" substitute. I think it be less filling, as some of the meats can get very heavy. But the salty, briny taste , and the texture of a black olive are a bit meat like. Would pair great with spinach. I do like your wifes choice of adding mushrooms to a pizza so. 😊
