All in all great video and Walt Disney may have been inspired by Tivoli Garden but it seems so sad to see how Disney as a whole and disney world has come to be these days..

Me too! Ended up teaching it at school, then got into a lifelong career in fitness. But it all started with Jane and her book, record, then original video. But this one and the Challenge were my daily favorites.

They don't make them like this anymore !! I bought this video at a jumble sale when I was about 12 and done at least some of it most days it helped me through all my insecurities! Thank you so much for putting it on here I'll go back to doing it again regularly. I still know all the words to Lesley's song ! Thank you for helping me escape and enjoy keeping fit! ❤

Ne volim krafne s preljevom volim prave krafne .moje. prazne , uvaljane u krisral šečer. Unuka voli s preljevom tu se nismo našle. A kad je bila mala govorika je :"Volim te šta pečeš".

I remember doing this as a teen on my moms old VHS and could just about get through it. Gonna try again see how i get on. Im in my 40s now and remember that song word for word 😂

Also the original music was completely different! She worked out to some major popstars of the day, including Micheal Jackson and others, probably couldnt affor the copyright!

That was the record, not the video. This is the original music. I still have the book, record and VHS from back then, lol. They're family heirlooms now. 😂

KZfaq won't let me share the link for some reason, but look up Jane Fonda Workout record, you'll see a video that's a little over 8 minutes with the Jackson Five playing. That was where she had pop music. The video was always this music.

This is the original music. The only workout she did with pop music was her LP.

I always loved this music. We had the LP and that was fun too. I tend to prefer instrumental music while exercising. This is what's on our ancient VHS tape, lol.

The music on the home video and the record were different. The record had major pop stars' songs featured but the original music on the video never changed.
