Doesn't bible also mention that if you as a believer dealing with someone who is offended at eating certain types of meat, that for the sake of that persons faith you should not eat that meat in front of that person? So in a way we should support those girls in the way of their faith. If your faith is strong in the Lord enough to withstand watching that type of movie, than watching it may not hurt your relationship with Jesus. I am not suggesting it is ok to watch such violent movies as a Christian. But I also think that enjoying certain element of this world is allowed, as bible says "Everything is permissible but not everything is beneficial". So do stay away from certain things of this world if you can. That is my two cents.

If you feel convicted by certain themes in a movie or are sensitive to certain things, it is your duty as a Christian to be informed before going to see a movie so that you don’t end up in a situation like this. Do not go to an R-rated movie and complain about it after. Part of guarding, your heart is being discerning of what you put into your body physically and spiritually. The thing is, it's just a movie, it is how it is suppose to be, if you are offended, bothered, and affected by this movie at all, then that's how shallow your faith is. it shows how narrow your mind is about the things around you thinking that just you go to church everyday make's you a saint, that is not it. you should learn to cope and understand everything around you with unwavering faith, a faith that doesn't judge but a faith that understand.
