I don't recommend a Kubota Sidekick, I have owned one for 3 years now, bought it new. Check the online manual error codes...almost every one says "take it to a dealer". Like I have nothing better to do than pack this up, travel to a dealer and unload it, travel back to get it and then pay a ridiculous labor and parts bill. I have an reoccurring error 36 , speed sensor. Take it to dealer it says the manual and can find nothing on what action I can take. BTW it seems to run ok with the error.

Hi! I'm interested of getting this bike. But I need to know if I'd look appropriate on it, and may I ask you, about the height of the rider of this bike in the video, just for reference for the bike's actual dimensions? Thanks in advance.

Shoot I thought they's have these Lithium batt bank by now and motorized hub so differential, better clearance. Looking forward to that......or a hybrid if keeping the diffs for range, and a "stealth" quiet electric only mode.

In New Zealand, we can get this EV for start price bout $22k, there’s a “commercial” model using Lithium batteries for about $40k base model so there’s that to take into consideration for you “ew lead acid” warriors. I work on a goat farm where we use Cushman electric utility carts with lead acid batteries anyway, I would be keen to try one of these on the farm. We also have a Ranger 570 which is a lot more comfortable than the Cushmans but loud so this EV would be the best of both worlds

The lead acid batteries are a deal breaker for me. Beside their terrible cold weather performance, they will have to be replaced every 3-5 years, and require consistent maintenance. I’ve also read message boards where people have been complaining about the charger malfunctioning, and boiling off the water from the batteries, destroying them. From what I can see, it would take about $1,500 worth of lead acid batteries or $5,500 worth of lithium batteries to replace the original batteries. That has to be factored into the cost of buying and running such a machine.

Hello from Canada. The Argo has an accessory to mount a boat engine onto the back. The Argo is a great product and that makes it even better if you need to go far distances in water.

Checking water levels every charge. Leaving the hood open to charge? Seriously that hood would be blown off and in the neighbors yard on the first day. What a joke. Almost wanted one until I saw the charging process.

Please read this before purchasing a Kubota Sidekick. Buyer beware, this purchase was doomed from the start I ordered in October 2020 didn’t receive the machine until February 2021, my machine was ordered with a lot of extras price coming in at over $27,000 now fast forward to April the machine had 32hrs on it and the transmission went on it.. it went in the shop on 4/27/2021 next Tuesday 6/22/21 it will be in the shop 8 weeks, this is a brand new machine and I’m told 4 parts are on back order, and in the almost 8 weeks I have been without it only one part has come in for it.. this is unacceptable and unacceptable to do this to customers. I used to think Kubota was the top dog but learned that their customer service gets an F- grade. I sold a 2018 X-900 to buy this and I regret it everyday. Not having this machine is costing me money by the hour on my farm I am not running efficiently and that’s why you spend almost $30,000 on a machine for efficiency. I contacted customer care and let me tell you they do not care I was told I could pay to expedite shipping of my parts from out of the country LOL LOL I have paid a lot of money for this machine that is still in the shop and the gull of Kubota to tell me I can pay to have them shipped. I am almost ready to tell the dealership to keep it I don’t even want it back I will go buy a Polaris not that even matter s to Kubota also going to upgrade from a B2620 tractor in the near future and it breaks my heart to say I really do not think I will consider a Kubota I was a lifetime customer and I think they have ruined that for me. So buyer beware Kubota made faulty equipment on my machine but somehow has become my problem and trust me I am paying for it everyday......oh and I am not accepting excuses at this time for CVD I along with most other persons with a brain are over that excuse it’s time to get back to work these companies will find out we will stop buying their products if they can’t give us what we need and what we pay for......I have also been told Kubota is just interested in catching up with their new machine sales and not worried about manufacturing parts so if you buy one and you have something break on your machine good luck... I am spreading this message to all social media outlets and already filed a report with BBB I want people to know what Kubota really thinks about their customers....

Well replacement parts take forever due to the 'rona because EVERYTHING is shipped from overseas. Perhaps you can work out a switch to a different model with less options minus what you paid. Your comment however, makes it sound like only Kubota exclusively is having supply issues when all industries currently have a supply shortage. From computers to automotive; aviation to agricultural - they all have supply issues. In the end you still have warranty coverage and can demand a full refund for your troubles but you should expect to run into the same issue with any manufacturer of any machine due to a world-wide shortage should any critical part fail. If I were you and your time = money, I would have paid for the expedited shipping (by the way, there is also a shipping/container shortage lol).

With paying $27,000 or $30,000… a doomsday event, way to start… Just paid under $14,000… Forest Green… new from the dealer, out the door… with Kubota Equine 17% discount… Drove over 1,200 miles to pick it up… round trip… As for paying for expedited shipping… I do it when needed shopping online, dealerships, etc… gas… $1,000 for Camo soft roof, rear zipper window, and windshield … $15,000… No sales tax living in Montana… Good to go… ready for the winter… Montana Rockies… end of the road…
