That's what they built after WW2, and people were able to afford them. No, probably not the 'forever home' we all see on HGTV, but something practical that meets the current need. Real Estate and sellers need to get over their vivid wet dreams of Covid prices, and to get real. Until that happens, NOTHING is going to get better. It's a bubble.
