A lot of people like to claim this is a vacuum or some other kind of cheat, but I've had this happen with bags with little to no loot in both live and SPT that no cheater would even bother trying to do that kind of thing to. Backpacks can be very buggy sometimes depending on the server and what happened to the backpack throughout the raid. That said, both explanations are equally likely which is kind of unfortunate.

I think this will be good for game health and learning peoples strategies, but I do not think it will be a substantial addition to anti-cheat. Anti-Cheat is third party company that deals with this issue for a reason. BSG and Tarkov streamers such as Trey24k, etc. Already proved to the public that they cannot run a successful overwatch program. Instead it turns into a witch hunt of bias and ignorance. Which lead to them false banning many players with this manual overwatch system. Therefor, there is no confidence in BSG or manual overwatch system. Especially considering BSG and the overwatch partners erode all trust and integrity with the public with their previous public attempts and then lies about mistakes they made. We have had manual false bans from these overwatch systems and it has been explored in the game for a long time.
