Hey, I’d like to send y’all a 13 second video. What’s the easiest way. I can send my cell number and send the video to the number that answers. I think what’s on the video will really help all 3 of y’all

Hey….regards heeling, Cesar de la Cruz taught me never throw your rope away, take as many swings as you need to at least go +5. Especially in the # 7s. WSTR just changed #7s to a 3 steer because very few were catching 4. Before this change 4 legs would have gotten ya a check if not the win. So slow down, don’t rush, GET IN TIME. If yer tip is over the middle of his back, and his legs are at least back if not off the ground, yer in time. It’s really all about getting in time and getting the bottom strand on the dirt. Y’all have the best attitude and motivation I’ve ever seen. I reckon that comes from playing other sports, it shows. This is a great channel, keep ‘em coming‼️

Hey y’all…..trying to get caught up on yer channel, watched a couple out of sequence before I stumbled on yer intro video. Watching in order now. I love everything about team roping, just can’t get enough so y’all’s channel is right in my wheel house. I feel ya just can’t rope the sled enough. I’m a heeler, and I also feel strongly about practice on a sawhorse or sled while standing on the ground. Practice does not make perfect, perfect practice does. Standing on the ground roping the sawhorse yer angles are not even close, it was great to see ya mounted when ya were warming up on the sled. It’s good for yer heel horses as well, they recognize their position on the sled/steer and that can’t be bad for them. If ya can’t be mounted, then stand on some bales or anything else ya can come up with to replicate the proper rope delivery angles. Yikes, most of yer steers headed straight for the right fence with no chance to haze ‘em, making for a tough shot even for an NFR guy. So don’t psyche out. Ya just feel like yer gonna tick your tip on the fence so ya adjust yer swing, and everything is now different. Y’all are really doing very well with yer riding and roping so stay confident‼️

Zack…hope I’m spelling yer name correctly….ya got a great attitude, all of ya do, staying positive will carry y’all through. Team roping is powerfully addictive. Most guys who are brand new to roping are coming in with established horsemanship. If not they work on riding but work on their roping only on the ground, then when comfortable mounted, they marry riding and handling a rope together. All of y’all will find that this is about 85% horsemanship AND horseflesh because eventually everyone can handle a rope well enough to compete. I’ve seen gold buckle world champions loose their good horse and ya never hear of them again. Y’all will see as ya progress yer horses will get better and better as well. A tremendous advantage y’all have is yer not doing this alone, ya got each other to keep each other psyched. The sky’s the limit for y’all‼️ Todos vais con Dios‼️

My bad…I found yer intro video but could not leave a comment on that video so I’m here. Just a great idea y’all came up with, I love everything about team roping and I’m hooked on y’all’s channel. Got everyone’s name now. Perhaps “Joan of Arc” warrants some explanation. She is the patron Saint of soldiers, I honor her because she got me through some tough spots in the skies over Iraq. I’m a straight male so don’t bust my chops.

Hey…just found y’all’s channel this morning and subscribed, so I don’t know yer names and who is who yet except John. Got a heeling tip for ya. If yer not catching AND ya use the right hock for yer target, try using a spot on the dirt 12 to 18 inches to the right of the right foot as yer target. Add a little side arm to yer delivery. This works regardless if yer trying to scoop OR trap. What this will do for ya is….1. Yer bottom strand WILL be on the ground 2. If yer in good timing with the right foot off the ground yer bottom strand will scoop both feet clean. 3. If yer not in perfect time, skimming yer bottom strand on the dirt 12-18 inches to the right of the right foot will slow yer bottom strand down so yer top strand hits the right leg first. This will throw yer bottom strand out in front of both legs for a solid trap. Patrick Smith taught me this technique, he didn’t, but I call it a scrap delivery, because if yer in time with the hop where both feet are up ya get a scoop. If the right foot is on the ground ya get a trap. Ya want to always deliver right thumb up like shaking hands, not palm down. Not trying to be a smart a$$, ya may know all this already. If not give it a try on a saw horse with the legs up, (scoop) then with the legs on the ground. (trap). Remember place yer bottom strand on the dirt 12-18 inches to the right of the right foot with a little side arm. Don’t look at the right hock. Hope this helps, I really like y’all’s channel ‼️
