Having watched this film in the theater in 1995 shortly after release before anyone knew what this movie was even about was truly an incredible mind-warping, out-of-body experience as one realizes Verbal Kint had been lying about 90% of the entire movie. Truly Mind. Blown. It was incredible back then. Spacy won an Academy Award for this role, and it was WELL deserved. One of the greatest twists ever, though sadly ruined for so many new viewers just through cultural osmosis.

There probably wasn't a sequel to this movie because Jon Heder (Napoleon) was asked if he would ever be open to doing a 2nd movie if it wasn't with the original director and he said no.

The ending is indeed an homage to ‘Million Dollar Baby’… but you’ll still enjoy the film if you want to see it

The point of life from the perspective of a scientific curious person is exactly what seth said at the end of the episode "i wanna see what happens". As simple as that. Will we be able to handle the climate crysis?. Will we overcome wars and hunger caused by capitalism?. Will we travel the stars?. Do we find new endless and clean powersources?. And so on...and so on. Imho this show and this episode in particular is genius!.

15:01 Yeah, but that’s a recurring thing with Charlie. The plan in this episode shows that he has the capacity to be very intelligent, but not the ability to use it to make his life any better. His awful friends certainly don’t help. According to their podcast, that final scene was the first time Mary Elizabeth Ellis met Danny DeVito & she was extremely nervous. Great to see her nail that rant.

So which title card did you like better? Dennis and Dee Go on Welfare or Mac Bangs Dennis' mom? Lolol "Get off, Napoleon! Make yourself a dang quay-sadilla!" Thats where you might know macs mom. When mac and frank are in the club, they chose to record the "Go For It" song after Danny Devito improved the go for it line. Thats Dennis and mac(?) singing! 😂😂😂
