I use soapy water to brake tires down and take them off because it is a lot easier to do with the soapy water

Glue needs air to dry. The foam prevents that. I use Gorilla Glue which works or Velcro

so am i the only one always having issues with these foam' structures ' always peeling open on the sides, no matter how much glue and paint i use?
@RAIAdventures9 ай бұрын
no you are not the only one. This year mine too started to peel open on the edges were I glued them. I will be filming a possible fix here in the next week or so. For now I ran some drywall screw into the wood frame on the inside to get me threw Halloween.

What Dremel did you use? And what bet?
@RAIAdventures10 ай бұрын
I used a Dremel 4000. The first bit was actually a roto zip bit. They use them to cut out holes in drywall. The second bit I used when sanding was a barrel sanding bit. Then I went back over it by hand with 80 grit sandpaper.

@emmettturner945211 ай бұрын
I’m surprised that worked! The mount head was upside-down and in the wrong spot since the bead was already below the lip where you were using it. You are supposed to hook the mount head to the lip of the rim and run the tire bead across the outer face. That means you need to operate just past the crossover point so the trailing bead can fall below the lip as the mount head stretches it past the edge.

After Halloween how do you store these
@RAIAdventures11 ай бұрын
Most of the time they just stand up in the corner of my garage. But i did design them so that the top with the gargoyle will come off and you can lay them down and stack them. i will try and show that in an up coming video when we are set up for Halloween.

This guy thinks the viewer wants to go for a ride with him to the site! How selfishly stupid. You have to wait for 6:22 before the targets are even seen and the video is only 13:22 long. This guy is bored and chews up half the video with a boring drive during the hours of low visibility. Again the shooters have to rest their weapons on a cross post and still miss. Maybe its me.

I am making this for Halloween this year. The cape and arm will be easy enough but I don’t understand the body itself. How exactly did you attach the burlap to the body structure?
@RAIAdventures Жыл бұрын
I used one big piece of burlap that I had cut out for a neck hole. After dipping it in monster mud I draped it over the shoulders from front to back. Then one more piece of burlap went from left to right as you stand in front of it making the left arm, hood, and right arm holding the lantern
@nathanlutz4991 Жыл бұрын
@@RAIAdventures Well that’s absolutely brilliant. I’ve already cut my burlap to have a piece on the front and in the back… but I may need to think about redoing it in the future that way.

NOTE: Re-Name your title and you'll get more "clicks" Google owns KZfaq... and the first 3 to 5 words are the most important... Example: Stone Pillar from Foam Board... The word "MAKING" will have your video way down on the list... Personally... I would put: Foam Board making a Stone Pillar.. The word most people are going to type is Foam Board...

I would like to order this foam to cast jack o lanterns. But can you cave the foam after its casted? Also if you put a balloon inside the cast would it pop? I would like them hallow. I need to faces carve-able to make slight changes nothing drastic.
