I had the newest lasik technology in the late 2017 at age 24 & I still see 20/15 in both eyes! My surgeon at Swagel Wootton eye Institute said he can get my vision up into my 60’s. I’ll see if it lives up to the hype. Though my aunt got hers done at lasik plus like 13-14 years ago and still sees 20/20. -Arizona

That's wonderful to hear, Kelvin! One thing that's important following LASIK is routine eye care. It's a wonderful investment, and just like any investment, needs to be maintained. Thank you for sharing your story and that of your aunt's with us!

We completely understand that, Trevor. For many people who have floaters, they aren't severe enough to warrant any action (i.e. surgery). However, advances in technology have made the procedure so much safer that we have broadened the range of patients we treat. If and when your floaters do get too severe, there are options to help you see clearly again!
