Hi Malcolm, thanks for watching. I will be uploading a video of prices in a few over the next few weeks (too many videos to edit!). Large beer was around 4euro, breakfast at most places around 6 to 7 euro, main courses at restaurants (they are all very priced pretty much the same) start at about 10euro. Litre of petrol was 2euro and diesel about 1.70. Are there any more specific prices you are looking for? Cheers!

Ciao! Not quite in the mountains, right by the coast. An old fishing village called Roda, which is in the very north of the island. They are a couple of other villages around with lots of beaches, shops, bars & restaurants. I will have some videos of the area to upload over the next few weeks. @@tigerjamie2553 It was quiet there, was told it was because it was the first week of the season (not all year round like Lanza). They said it gets quite busy in July & August

I was wondering as the website I've been looking at for Hyde Park Lane have suites advertised aswell as apartments and villas but the photos for the suites look the same as the apartment you showed in your video which kind of confused me I'm not sure whether to book the suite if it's not going to be the same as it.

@@brionaclinton6800 I noticed on Jet2 website that they only list the rooms as suites or the villas. you could call it a suite but to myself it was more of an apartment, entrance through a patio door to the living area with the kitchenette partitioned off with sliding doors, seperate bedroom and separate bathroom. The villas do look lovely though. If you are after a suite, La Geria has some and they are really good

@@timothystravels Thank you Timothy I'll also have a look at the La Geria but would you recommend the Hyde Park Lane overall as I'm considering booking it for this September? My only other concern would be the distance to the main strip is it far away from it as I'd be self catering with a toddler just hoping there's enough shops or places to eats within a reasonable walking distance to it?

@@brionaclinton6800 It is quite a walk to PDC strip and a little hilly. You can get a taxi from reception and it's about 4 Euro to the strip. There's a few restaurants and a Spar nearby but again it's a bit of a hill back up to Hyde Park. There's another video on my channel about it's location and distance to the beach. I liked Hyde Park but probably wouldn't stay there again due to it's location and my wife has walking difficuties. Our favourite place to stay is Las Gavitas in Matagorda (block 2), booked there again for August. I'm off to Corfu for a week at the beginning of May so will be uploading some videos of that. Hope my comments has helped you!

Thanks for watching! I believe there are 8 blocks in total, if you book the superior apartments these are blocks 1 to 4 which are the closest ones to the seafront. I did email and ask to stay in block 2 which they sorted for me. I think a couple of the ones right on the seafront are privately owned. Hope this helps!

This was filmed in September and early morning, some mornings start off cloudy but clear up by noon. When I've been in October temps were around 24c and the odd overcast day. Hope this helps 😀

Thanks for watching! It's about 30min walk or 10min cycle ride from Los Pocillos along the promenade/cycle path and yes you can access from the cycle path. It's a great spot to watch the planes land and take off 😀
