One of the best collection videos for me, a new FP enthusiast! The presentation, narration all of it. A joy to watch and listen to and lots of pen to consider owning. Great job and I’m sure it was a lot of work. Very much appreciated!

New to your channel,😢 subscribed. You had me at the passport TN, but the fact that you watch Korean, Chinese, and Japanese dramas - well that did it!!!!! 😂. Suggestions: Forbidden Flower (Cdrama/Taiwanese) who doesn’t love Jerry Yan??? Also a Japanese movie “My Happy Marriage” its a sci-fi romantic drama weird but I loved both leads in this! What is your favorite drama/actors? My favorite actor is Vin Zhang Bin Bin Currently putting a drama journal together. Also - off topic - how can I find groups/pen pals for Asian dramas. I have NO ONE to share with! 😢. Love your EDC will definitely be stealing some ideas! 😉. Thanks again! God bless you!

Great presentation. just some feedback - i note some presenters use capital letters for naming the inks - From my time presenting lectures and displaying slides in an auditorium: all capital words makes it more difficult to read as the letters all appear the same height e.g. which is easier to read? GRIS or Gris, or gris? To take another example IROSHIZUKU or Iroshizuku ( in both examples you would need to reduce the letters to the size seen on video to see the difference better) Best Wishes and please keep up your excellent presentations.

Nice review! My only disappointment with this pen is that the cap wobbles when posted.

I just ran to check mine, but I'm not able to feel any wobble or cap movement when mine is fully posted. If your pen is new, you may want to reach out to the retailer to see if it would be possible to get a replacement. I would hate to see you have a bad experience with the E95s. Thank you for watching.

@@snarkywordsworth Thanks for checking yours! I've had the pen for too long to make an exchange. I guess it doesn't really wobble, but when I'm writing, the cap shifts a bit with pressure from a downstroke. I'm used to it now.

It is definitely one of the wettest, broadest EFs in my collection. I usually pair it with dry inks that I really enjoy but can't use in my Japanese and standard EFs, so a lot of Robert Oster and multichromals go in it.

I'm trying to decide between the Traveler's Company Brass and the Kaweco Brass... Currently I only have Lamy Safaris.

I would recommend thinking about how you feel regarding weight to decide between the two. Do you think a significantly heavier pen would tire your hand out? It seems like a silly question, but I know plenty of people who bypass heavier pens specifically because they don't enjoy the way the extra weight makes their hand feel. The Safari only weighs about 17g. The Traveler's Co pen is 27g and the Kaweco Brass is 48g, so it isn't an insignificant difference. I love both pens. If you like a wet writer and would enjoy something a little closer in feel to the Safari (weight-wise), then I'd pick the Traveler's, but they're both fantastic additions to any collection. Hope this might help.

Wow I loved this video! It's such a realistic application of Lindsey Scribles' system, although her system is great the presentation is so much that to me is just unattainable like reaching for that aesthetic look with doodles 😂 I am just more functional. I knew that her exact system wouldn't work for me, but the general ideas behind it were perfect for my needs. Yes! Thank you! I have a camel passport with a nude galen leather wallet insert and I absolutely adore mine as well. I do use mine as a wallet however, and I carry the same brass Kaweco fountain pen and the same brass travelers company clip 😊. I have a monthly calendar in mine and the other insert i write quotes that inspire me. However I hop in and out of mine, and when Im not using it I am missing it,so it was nice to see how you use yours. Now I can put mine to use for something else when I’m not actively using it as a wallet. I love your tracking notebook. I have accumulated some very nice stationary items like pens, inks, washi, notebooks…and maybe having a list of them will help remind me of what I have and use what I have before considering making a purchase. Thanks again!

Halfway through the video. I don't remember where I saw it, but I can confirm that the Traveler's Company Brass uses the Schmidt Fh241 nib unit. I have swapped sizes many times and even got a broad ground to an architect in one of mine! They just screw out.

What is the single pen leather sleeve? I love the generous size of it. Nice layout of goodies. I would be concerned about the Sarasas inking on the front pouch.

The single sleeve is from LepusLeather over on Etsy. I have a molded 4-pen case from them, as well, and both items are wonderfully well made. I'm a little concerned about the pens, too, but the people I spoke with haven't had any unlucky incidents so far. I'm debating on making a little hard plastic liner for it, regardless. I just got mine and found it to be extremely wrinkled and dry. Not at all like the photo in the website! Thanks for this video, I will try to condition it with a leather conditioner. Any tips for doing that?

If you don't want to have to condition your new pouch, you could try reaching out to the retailer for a return or exchange. I've been rehabbing leather goods for a long time, which is one of the big reasons I decided to just try my luck at fixing mine. If you do decide to condition it yourself, use a good quality leather conditioner. I prefer Blackrock Leather'N'Rich, but I've also used Renapur with good results. Plus, be patient. A lot of times you'll need to condition multiple times. Wait for the conditioner to soak in a bit before wiping the excess and reapplying if the leather is really dry.
