This is what you get when you start training at 8 years old and are built like a tank with perfect weight lifting genetics.

So basically, you can only be sucessful if you start training at 8 y.o, have perfect genetics, and use steroids. You guys got any other excuses?

That ring muscle up is weak. Nothing against Cross-fit, but do you guys have to kip every time? lol

***** Form is key.
@meh30678 жыл бұрын
***** Well kipping is technically skipping a movement. I'm just kidding. I personally don't like that about crossfit. I would personally enjoy crossfit if they didn't kip. The sad part is these guys know how to do Muscle ups with out kipping, but look at the new generation they only know how to do it with kipping and they don't look half as good as these guy do. Other than that Crossfits isn't That bad but there muscle ups are.
@meh30678 жыл бұрын
***** That's my point why are they calling these "muscle up", and the other muscle ups, "real muscle ups" ? I think they shouldn't call it muscle maybe "kipping muscle ups". Most of these guys did Gymnastic they can probably do way more. most of the new cross fits people only do kipping, My buddy does it. like I said nothing against cross fit I just hope they do it right.

I bodybuild, so I'm no fan of cross fit, but you can't deny pure athleticism when you see it.
@tcs3137 жыл бұрын
sounds like you're saying 'I bodybuilding so I'm stereotypically not allowed to like crossfit '...
@Section8dc7 жыл бұрын
+Tom Shillabeer yah well we aren't normally known for being friends lol, I don't hate cross fit I just don't agree with the methods. Yes stereotypically bodybuilders hate cross fit, and vica versa and I think that's uncalled for.

+Michael Scott Breh comparing Clarence to Illyin is silly. Speed at Illyn's strength is crazier than speed w/ lighter loads. They are not in the same league so to say.
@michaelscott51058 жыл бұрын
tim clarence is amateur his cnj is 220kg his snatch 180 hes a very good lifter and very strong no question i respect them all because its so bloody hard not like doing bicep curls or tricep pushdown n posing on a stage what they do taks tremendous skill
@notjonniecandito72248 жыл бұрын
+Michael Scott Look man I'm not disagreeing with you there, respect to Clarence. It's just you are bringing up his name comparing speed in a video about Ilyin. No reason to divert attention from a legend by comparing him to someone who doesn't have anywhere near the same accomplishments on the platform where it matters, not youtube. I admire both for their strength, it's just like bringing up a college basketball player saying he's just as skilled as Michael Jordan.

the thing about the person who get into things like this that other people see as a hobby or get fit or maybe a pass time, aren't the people who become successful athletes or get paid to do this. its the person who is obsessed with it who wants who only thinks about it 24/7. you see her and your like she is hot and strong and how does she do this but look past that and she almost weird but in a way I can relate too as athlete.
