Beautiful work, Sir! I have seen several versions of HMS Victory, at various scales - yours is perhaps the nicest one of all. And for the comment just below, most all the kits do have copper foil for the bottoms, complete with embossed "rivets".

Right, it would be better to have noble wood and not the copper foil.

@@lenny108 I DO love "noble wood", been working with it for over 66 years, But copper sheathing is historically correct - shields against shipworms - toredors - (sp?) - which are capable, in a very short time, of completely boring through even oak planking. I once re-planked a 60' Cheasapeake oyster sloop - all the planking was thoroughly ruined. Fortunately, like most of those oyster draggers, the planking was simple 45 degree short 8/4 wood. Yearly applications of anti-fouling helps, but not as well as copper plating sheets. The old "Blue Moon" sails yet!

@@JeffreyWilcox It's amazing what people did back then. It took approx 1700 trees to build such a ship, although such a ship can sink in a matter of minutes. And then also shipworms........

[TA85034] TS-34 Camel Yellow 만든지 오래되어서 정확한 기억은 아니지만 TAMIYA에서 나오는 Camel Yellow 입니다.
