I felt the same way when I had my first real ramen in tokyo almost 10 years ago. I never tasted anything like it and I still remember the taste to this day.

So, so in love with their tea....and this presentation is very befitting. Superb.

Beautiful video, hearing them wanting to share their tea culture with their grandchildren and seeing them sharing this experience with them was such a touching moment.

I love ippodo’s tea, especially kitano no mukashi (matcha), unmon no mukashi (matcha), tokusen matcha (limited version), kuki bancha (bancha), oobukucha (limited version), mugicha, uji shimizu. because my grandmother had reached these tea when I was little. I hope that keep yours high quality teas always, please.

i love to watch this video while I eat ramen that being said though i do have to say I feel the order goes 1.pho 2.udon 3.ramen. would love to hear what others think of my list.

Thank you Andy, that was beautiful. I may never get to enjoy that wonderful tea but I enjoyed the process of harvesting, preparing and drinking the tea. It is the reason why I am slowly turning back to capturing images on film for my "artistic" endeavors. The process of evaluating, taking a light reading, determining what's important and what's not, how I'm going to develop my film and so on. I still do digital but I can do that with my cell phone.

Sapporo Ichiban Ramen (shoyu flavor) made me fat as a child! I would eat 2 packs a day after school, lol. Now that I'm older and have experienced really good actual ramen, I'm glad I didn't have it as a child; otherwise, I would probably be obese or dead from eating too much ramen, hehe.
