I love the message they were trying to teach , but obtaining it by skinny shaming wasn't right either. Saying the size 2 was a lamp pole wasn't cool.

There was much more messages than just those ones. In season 4, there’s also a divorce episode where Eddie had false hope of his parents getting back together on his b-day and crushes when he realized it wasn’t gonna happen. In season 3, when Cory’s friends convince him to steal the monkey key chain, the message is to not give into peer pressure.

I remember as a child thinking the model saying "I don't even look like that" when it's a photo of herself, was comical. As an adult I realise it wasn't as silly as it sounded after knowing how much models get retouched in photos.

One of the only kid shows that not only have attempt to have a message of body positivity but for all bodies. Also there was no fat shaming or skinny shaming. In anything fat or skinny was never mentioned. Just a general “look”

I always admired Raven, not just for being in one of the most successful Disney shows as a person of color, but actually for being role model for young girls who did NOT have the typical “skinny size 2” image. And btw, I never thought Raven was overweight, she just wasn’t as skinny as other young stars that the media tried to pressure to stay thin.

I take my job very seriously, you may not but I do, and in the industry you don’t talk down to the director of the show or your black listed! I felt satisfied seeing the skinny photo getting destroyed. Because After raven calls her out for her body shaming words, She bumps her and destroyed "the look" I believe everybodies bodies are beautiful no matter what shapes and sizes they are.

1:00 & 3:31 - No girl has "the look" to begin with. The only way they get "the look" is if they get work done. No girl will ever look like that naturally because each girl is born unique not like a mannequin. If everyone was made like a mannequin, no one would be unique, we'd all look the same, and that's not a good thing.

This is the best episode of the series. The message is more powerful than it appears at face value. It was about body image but had nothing to do with relationships or trying to obtain "the look" for the appeal of a guy, it was because Raven wanted to model her own design. She wanted to be the one to display her own skills.

Dog with a blog got better in the later seasons; it had good messages. It wasn’t that bad. But I wouldn’t recommend it The last good show I’d argue is GLC.
