U r in Nepali speaking authentic sikkim hotel , that's not even found in Nepal. Where is Thakali khana set, Newari khana/khaza set, Nepalese maithili khana/khaza set, pahadi khaza/khana set, selroti ,achar, arsa,anarasa, jhigey roti, Tharu khaza set, bhakka, kagateyRoti and so on. Momo, laphing, and thukpa are not the only dish found in Nepal.

The thing you just ate is not thukpa...If you want to try real authentic Nepali cuisine then visit Nepal...Everyone say authentic Nepali food to promote their business but that's not true. The jhol mo:mo you ate does not seem hot enough. If you eat a single piece of jhol momo at once just after serving; your mouth will burn hot...And Mo:mo has 10 pieces in a plate of serving here in Nepal not 8 .
