The cop went inside with him and listened to his point. Tells me that this is a TRAINING failure and not the typical egotistic ignoring of training. Every cop needs training on recognizing First Amendment protected activities, then 4th and 5th Amendment outlines of when can they demand ID and legally detain. It's not that hard to remember. Also, they need to not even dispatch for reports of someone filmimg a publicly owned building. Every law enforcement group in the nation has better things to do.
