Just realized that the names of these exercises sound kinda like when anime characters name their attacks. Gonna yell them from now on when I do them: "Opposition Finger Tap, FLEXED!", "Fiiiiiiiiinger... CIRCLES!!!".

Regarding the eye H-pattern exercise, is the goal to keep the small object in view of both eyes? Or is it fine to bring the object in such a position that the other eye's view of it is blocked by my nostril or forehead?

I don't know if you'll see this or not but I switched to keyboard a month ago. I'm trying to relearn fortnite and other games that require me to be fast, but when I try to press specific keys, some of my fingers (especially my ring finger) move without me trying to actually move them. Does this video help with that or are there other ways I can make my fingers more independent?

I have been playing games for my entire life sometimes for 10 hours straight as a kid never had any issues recently started playing FPS games like CSGO a year ago and now I just can’t focus it feels blurry even in game cannot keep focused on a guy it’s now just random shots without even seeing or focusing on him.

Very good hand warm up / stretch set, the only one which actually warmed up my hands, and I've seen quite a few of these. Anyone reading this I'll let you in on my little secret for warm up to add to these, get a bucket, fill it with uncooked rice, put your hands in there, and open/close them for 1 minute.

Is it fine to do these stretches every day? And when would be the best time to do them? I do a lot of computer stuff aside from just playing games, so I would save it for before I do something more intense or just right before I get on the computer? Would I do these (and the cool down stretches) multiple times a day if I had sizable breaks between these session or no?

Warm-up is low impact movement-daily shouldn’t be an issue unless you’re getting overly fatigued. For the other video, the stretches, we generally suggest once per day when you’re done with everything.

so weird. after doing this warmup i felt an immediate difference in my mouse movement, almost as if my sensitivity became higher lol. feels a lot easier to move my mouse

Help I Can't Control my ring finger. If I want to move my ring finger I have to move my middle finger as well. they both seem connect to each other. But I can move my middle finger without moving my ring finger.
