@@rohanjosem actually, for some people it is hard to explain how to use these door handles. It will be much simpler to have the automatic door handles for such people 😁 you can have soft close and automatic door opening on model 3 via third party spare parts.

Yes. You can turn it off. The primary center will be on. The screen will remain off, but the unit will keep recording. Another scenario: the customer can turn it off, but the unit will keep recording.

W/O the optional rear view cam, the advisable thing to do is turn on the screen saver mode, so that the video from the 360 cam turns off & the unit becomes like an ordinary rear view mirror…albeit looking slightly dark.

It records continously in parking (sleep) mode if hardwired for power. The proximity sensor will auto detect a collision or impact and save the last 30 secs of video for you.

@@dnazz9784 I think you are confusing that with the g sensor. The proximity sensor will cause the amber lights on the side of the mirror to glow if they are in your blind spots but could be wrong. This is included in the kit but no mention of how this works exactly.

I just had mine professionally installed (check with your local sound & security dealer) and I can fully recommend this product after using for a week and a half. It offers killer features and ultimate peace of mind while driving or parked. 360 viewing is the real deal. I have the 360x that replaced my OEM mirror altogether rather than being mounted over it. The video makes it seem like a wirey mess but my installers made it all clean and flush so it's not obvious at all.

I have one in my car now, a few weeks, but for my private use and I also drive Rideshare, its fantastic, no bull, and people constantly ask me about the system, it literally catches their attention... and the safety it portrays and actually offers, its impressive...

@@rydeenmobileusa Ive been wondering if there is a way to take the signal going to either the speaker or led indicator from the psr4000 parking sensors, to trigger on a front view camera to see better when pulling into a parking area with obstacles. Have you guys ever encountered a request for this before?
