@@MUTEEXE96 As far as I can tell, and I’ve never gotten Full Maintenance, so this is just what I’ve heard: Full Maintenance equips Raul in a more fortified version of his Manuel suit, and ups the weapon durability from an added 50% to 75%, Old Vaquero equips him with his costume-shop cowboy outfit and gives him a major buff on how fast he can fire revolvers and repeaters, though a bug causes it not to affect his base .44 magnum, you’ll have to give him something that applies to that criteria, even if it’s another .44. Personally I’ve always given him La Longue Carabine, the Medicine Stick and That Gun for a bunch of good powerful ammunition types flying incredibly fast, the combined speed of both him and the .357 make him near unstoppable.

@@MUTEEXE96 Living Desert, NPC's Travel, Mojave Wildlife, Raider Faction Reloaded, Arizona Slave Army, Faction Wasteland Presence, Mojave NPCs, also you can add Tammer NIF bashed packs for more lore friendly lightweight balanced gear to arm new NPCs with. These mods are very lightweight, stable and fill Mojave with life and various emergent situations, like patrols getting ambushed, traders fighting off wildlife, etc.
