Somehow they new that in 8 years this song would perfectly encapsulate the ending of Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes from Lucy Greys perspective. Like OMG how absolutely perfect is it

All that fear and death due to fungus on their bread. Ingot of rye, hallucinations caused by bread mold.

Between this and Bottom of the River, I think they;re only a couple videos from a really good witch movie.

I randomly thought about this and couldn't remember anything about. Thankfully I favorited it. What a trip down memory lane

Can someone please explain to me the meaning of the symbol they make at about 1:33? I've seen it other places, such as Paris Paloma and Kiki Rockwell, but I know I've seen it before, but can't place where or what it is or why it seems so familiar.
How did no one guess witch trials when they for set heard this song? lol it’s completely obvious.

I was fully expecting this to be a black woman then watched the video and then no one got in a river? And witches?

I must say i interpreted this song as a song being sung by men working on a chain gang banging sledgehammers but I'm a little weird i guess.lol i only wish it was longer cause i absolutely love her voice and the beat was very good . I could listen to that all day. Amazing voice and at the end of the video where the wind was blowing her blonde hair was very sexy. Wow I guess I am a little weird.lol

Is it just me or does she have a Ella Fitzgerald sound to her voice??

Okay so this song is Chefs kiss but let’s stop arguing on the meaning in the comment it’s music meant to be interpreted how ever if in your head it connects with slavery good and if it connects with the Salem witch trials also good
@breowijF3 ай бұрын
Bro there was nothing good about the salem witch trials . Innocent woman were killed. And what was good with slavery . What a stupid comment

If the apocalypse come I will be singing this like that little kid on pirates of the Caribbean befit he got hung. I’m going out with a bang. Come to my bday party and do this. Love me some Delta Rae…….

I was born with lightning in my heels Sewed a spur onto my ankle Bit a horse under the steel And I lost hope when I was still so young Had an angel on my shoulder But the devil always won And oh, I lost it all when I got high And I can feel you even now Breakin' horses in the sky I can taste you in my rage And in the sweat upon my brow And I went home Chasing twisters in the canyon My cathedral is the badlands Dust and devils on my conscience Come back to me darlin' So kiss me now This whiskey on my breath Feel the lives that I have taken What little soul that I have left And oh, my God I'll take you to the grave The only love I've ever known The only soul I ever saved And I went home Chasing twisters in the canyon My cathedral is the badlands Dust and devils on my conscience Come back to me darlin' And I've been waiting for so long now I can feel you in the hollow And every cloud on the horizon Come back to me darlin' Come back to me darlin' Come back to me darlin' Run, run (Don't know you I dream about you?) Run, run (Don't know you I dream about you?) Run, run
