Apologies for the non sequitur: please please please do a react to Steam Powered Giraffe's; Automatonic Electronic Harmonics. I think it would make you float. And how can you not be curious about a bunch of peeps that graduated from a mime school and immediately decided to start a band. Also, that particular song is useful for explaining their theme origin story; a group of steam powered androids programmed to sing sing sing. I think your sense of whimsy will be delighted. This old man would be delighted to see you see it. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nbeHjJB7tM6qYn0.htmlsi=64SbrJIWKV6ihbV4

FYI, the very beginning of this video was a snippet of the song "Firehouse" by KISS (a staple in their live show). Meanwhile, I remember SCW existing, but I don't have the slightest recollection of any of their music.

Crazy to me that soooo many sleep on this guy, Dallas Green and his band, City and Colour. Get it?...... City... Dallas. Colour...Green. lolololol :p Sadly I discovered him/them sorta late myself, I wanna say it was around 2014/15 or so, and he had originally started the band in 2005-ish with their first album called 'Sometimes'. The first time I had heard them, I was in a pretty bad spot, addicted to opiates, which I eventually was able to overcome with the help of their music. But I think back on my high school days and how much better off I would have been if I'd had such an amazing band/lyrics to listen to back in those days if I had discovered them back then. Ugh! lol. I guess he also was the clean vocalist in a metalcore band as well, way way back, like early 2000's, in Canada. They were called Alexisonfire. I've heard a handful of their songs and most definitely Dallas is the standout lol. Don't get me wrong, I dig me some metal, but yeah... Dallas Green, as always, even in his younger days, was a legitimate musical freakin genius. Again, how he isn't at the top of the charts globally is beyond me. 🤷♂ I definitively say that City and Colour are without a doubt among my top 3 musical artists/bands/what have you. And I'd be surprised if they ever leave that spot. Every single album is straight 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 although I wouldn't recommend them if you aren't too keen on sadder sounding songs or lyrics. Don't ask me why, but I very very much am lol. Maybe that's why I'm so damn susceptible to fuckin my life up every now and again. I'm currently about to enter inpatient rehab for the first time ever for alcohol starting tomorrow morning. Wish me luck! But yeah, point of all this is that if you are into this kinda music and you're down for checkin out something new to listen to, without a doubt, check out City and Colour. You very VERY much will not be disappointed. Awesome vid, FVM!

This was fun, I remember it quite well! Not really my thing but being as it was fun and we got a great description of how this is done (so those of us who don’t want to sound like it know how to avoid it 😂) I enjoyed it!

Ugh. I may have missed it but why on earth would anyone want you to react to a live version of a song made 20 years after the it was originally released? He sounded terrible and I don't think it was a representation of their talent. I loved this song and a couple others they did back in the day but this was not good.

I can’t believe you are reacting to this band. Their Magnolia album is one of my all time favorites. I love this band. Please react to their song Magnolia.

Hi Lolli! I've actually never heard of this band before. Seems like it was a good show.. Anyway it's great to see you again. I really enjoy your unique take on singing analysis despite the fact I myself am not a singer. I'm proud of you for putting yourself out there and starting your own musical career. I know I'm just a stranger, but watching you do what you love is truly inspiring.

Such a talented family... all sing, all classically trained pianists, all play an instrument. If you want to watch something hauntingly beautiful. Check out their cover of Creep by Radiohead. It's just Pau and her piano... From what I understand, she learned the song in just a couple of hours and it's a one take iPhone recording. If you haven't heard Radiohead's song yet, do a double reaction (like this one) with Radiohead then The Warning... you WON'T be disappointed!

I was hoping you would eventually react to them. I wish it was any of their live stuff from Moscow, something like Labyrinth or Return to Energizer which really show off his full vocal range, singing and screaming.

Omg....i been following these sisters since they performed at home, then see them do their 1st single and now become one of the best live rock bands in the world. Always knew they will explode worldwide but still, doesnt fail to surprise me how good they have become.

I loved your reaction! So natural and honest! The little grimaces and groans illuminate the sections and techniques that impress you and following on I'm able to graphically see for myself those instances. If that makes sense. Anyhow, you help me understand more thoroughly what exactly is so special about Ren and in this case Chinchilla. Thank you.

Always enjoy your explanation of things that I have no understanding of. When you demonstrate how the sounds are actually created safely I am usually surprised. Your deep understanding of vocal production makes me understand why both you and the beat boxers you work with pick up each other techniques so quickly, you both truly understand how to produce "sounds that are interesting".

I am always captivated by those who have the ability to see excellence and elaborate on it in a way that everyone else can understand it. But those who have the ability to see excellence, they themselves have to embody excellence, which is why all of your reactions have the ability to captivate us. Your passion and understanding are contagious.
