This video is very bad, no explanation as to what he is using to fix the tray to the floor. Additionally and ideally a bed of sand and cement is optimal.

To remove a broken bit out of the holder simply throw it down on a concrete floor as hard as you can. May take a couple times but will break it loose from magnet. Should give you enough to grab onto. Has worked a number of times for me.

Yes I did tried that about a month ago and it worked from the first time I thrown it to the floor 😁… thanks.

I would be interested to know if building regs for your area were complied with. I would have assumed pad stones are needed and the mortar slapped all over the place doesn’t look professional

Great video! I found that trim on our wood flooring is rotting due to when you clean the floor the liquid gets underneath and soaks into the back of the trim. I've had to take one piece of trim out since the rotting is so bad it's discoloured the trim. If there's not much gap between the floor and skirting I was thinking of just using a white seal like this, do you think that would be ok?
@askhowtube
@askhowtube 6 ай бұрын
Hi, sorry for late reply… use a good sealant special for bathroom, and make sure the area is clean and dry, and that way it will definitely work. Good luck.

thanks bud you can buy seal to match the colour of the wood I'll buy some of that and I might get some of that expanding foam in case theres some bigger gaps in laces when I take the trim off. @@askhowtube

I think you should have used a concrete drill bit. It grinds instead of cutting. As the square cutting was much faster because you used a grinder.

There’s vertical support but no lateral tie the beam to the post. You are trusting the cement/mortar to hold it in place. Be careful
