I don't have issues with the price, it's more with the content itself. The Reload base game was heavily nerf in terms of difficulty, so i expect the answer to be the same. Which sucks because the original Answer was a really good challenge. It made the player need to be more resourceful, since items, money, and personas were scarce. The new dub cast are also a red flag for me. I loved how the original answer protrayed Yukari and Aigis, and thier cutscenes really hit deep. However their new VA's didn't really resonate with me in the Reload base game, and i doubt they will either in the Answer.

I agree that Joker shouldn’t be in The Answer (I refuse to call it Episode Aigis, for the same reason that this project is branched under RELOAD The fact that they want to stockpile DLC from other games is a tad concerning, albeit I took the bait in the end and probably will for Joker. But seriously Atlus! Have pride in your projects… Geeze!

Gamepass has saved me from having to pay for the expansion, but Atlus has already used up all my free time this year with the base game and SMTVV. If I end up playing more Atlus this year, it’ll probably be Metaphor

I really thought that The Answer wasn't included because it was going to be a ground up re-imagining. I am glad that it was made. I think that plus mods finally makes P3RE the ultimate version. But it shouldn't be so expensive.

Stop giving twitter importance that IS not the fanbase. Most of us life long fans don’t even bother with Reddit nor Twitter. Reload is great but it won’t beat FES. I’m also upset it’s dlc and won’t be on a physical disk. The dlc should have been part of the main game or rereleased in a completely new game (Like Vengeance). DLC is simply lazy. The joker thing is random that’s why I treat FES as the canon P3. The rest are adaptations.

Would be cool if they adressed Elizabeth part of P4AU. If you did the Elizabeth dates, you should be able to find away to save door-kun. Or else is the same ending for the Answer. Basically my issue wasn't the price, but this part to me, needed to be like FF7R, instead of faithful Answer Remake. 😅

for that price they might as well have tried to put in kotone i mean if fans are making a mod that can do it than they can probably do it too and than the price might actually be worth it but we only get the answer and some shit outfits and useless music they couldn't even trow us a few cool persona in there or some more outfits. i don't mind joker being in it though sure p5 gets used in everything but it's the game that blew up persona so i think it's fair i mean joker is basically the mascot of atlus at the moment it's like getting mad pikachu gets special treatment because he's in every game

P3 is already my least favourite persona, so no; I will not be buying this expansion. I haven’t even bought the base reload yet, and I’m in no hurry. Re- Fantazio is coming , not to mention SMTV, as well as a heap of indie games are available.

After buying the $200 Collectors edition of reload and seeing this shit that atlus/sega is pulling off, yea screw this dlc. Hate that it didn’t come with the AIGIS EDITION yknow the name of the character that the dlc is for? Or that it’s $35 on top of a $70 REMAKE GAME that has arguments on why it should NOT cost the same amount as a AAA game. I’m glad the dlc is free to own if you have gamepass ultimate because I would not buy it at all for that price. So I played reload on ps5 and I’ll just play the answer on pc/xbox

$30 for Episode Aigis which is a DLC worth more than 30hrs is totally fine with me because DLCs in other games costs the same but with only 10hrs of content. It does help that I have never played the answer before.

How you feel about the DLC is how I feel about Metaphor. It just isn't pulling in like Persona games do or even Soul Hacker 2 is. They need to release a demo for it cause every video I watch for it just doesn't click with me, setting, characters, character designs, and music. It all just doesn't click with me for some reason like the Atlus games I've gotten before and enjoyed in the past. Me, P3R was DEFINITELY worth the $70 price. The new slick look, loads of voice acting in the game, lots of QoL, extra scenes, and just everything was really fun and it's easily a over 100 hour game for me so yeah, I don't regret paying that and more so since I got the DLC. The thing I was worried about The Answer DLC is the difficulty of it since that's what made me put down the game when I play P3Fes cause I wasted a whole hour grinding for nothing and that was just the 1st floor so that's not a good sign but luckily it looks like it'll have difficulty modes AND we can carry over our Personas to it so that's awesome. That way I can enjoy the story of The Answer without all the BS gameplay stuff getting in the way. Since the only other game I'm getting in Sept. is the Ace Attorney Investigations collection game I'm definitely getting The Answer DLC Day 1. Heck, $30 for a 30-40 hour at minimum new story(at least for me) is totally worth it for that alone but I get everything else too so that's a nice bonus. Also, the Joker complaints is just silly. They did this with the P4 cast and they'll do it for P6 for sure so it's no big deal. I mean we battle both the P3 and P4 protags and barely heard any complaints about that. I don't get it, especially since it's just a bonus side boss that you can totally ignore. Oh well, complainers are gonna complain I guess. P3R is still a great game and I hope Atlus makes a P4 remake since it's my most favorite Persona game still and seeing it with some more QoL, more voice acting, and looking better than ever would be AWESOME! ^_^

it really should be cheaper $35 is ridiculous with that type of money you could just get the elden ring dlc instead or even could get Monster Hunter Stories Remastered or DQ3 Remake and don’t get me started on them using joker to milk p5 again

My excitement for Episode Aigis is at like 1% Thing I'm looking forward to the most about it is if it sucks ass a little less than the original version of The Answer lol. And of course, gotta get it with my Microsoft rewards points so that I don't spend a single penny on it
