@@MitsuSV xiezhai essence for mc, xiezhai himself and arahabaki plus gogmagog is 23 weakness. 1 weakness is 5% crit dmg. 23 is 115% multiplier. And yes, ailment weakness do count on xiezhai for gog innate.

​@@BatrickPateman430 I bump up my str with gog with incense. However you can do that without incense, you have to re-fuse him. Every time he levels up, if his str is +2 keep that. If below than that, reload and level him up again. Good this he has bias towards str upon level up. If you are lazy, give him gifts in demon haunt and savescum as well. Always go for str stat. EDIT: IIRC, you can kinda achieve this with 140 str gog, mine is 154 str so a bit more than needed.

@@masterduelzero1795 Godmode lvl 99 sounds not bad honestly although buying incense and balm is a thing. Idk how to limit myself for that since stat matters more imo than lvl in godborn.

@@MitsuSV I just did two turn and 1 turn strat. Although I advice people to just do 3 turn instead. 2 turn and 1 turn requires rng and quite a bit of resource.

@@Fallen_2003 I might be proven *very* wrong on this but I think the only one that can touch Gogmagog damage with Mc xiezhai essence, xiezhai himself and arahabaki standard team comp is probably Arioch and Masakado. Oh and giga boosted Zaou-Huang Long. Masakado needs lots of active effects on him to even overcome Gogmagog damage. Though there is a real argument that his damage ceiling is definitely higher than Gog. Arioch is just ugly and mad tedious to setup. Zaou-Huang Long is just too hard to setup without Danu's wisdom. Never even tested it myself but I have seen the results and the math behind it.

@@acidgod907 I see. I’ve been having trouble making it past Demi-Fiend, so I’m trying the Gog strat. I’ll switch up my resistances to slime to max out the amount of weaknesses of the MC. Sadly, my Gog doesn’t have nearly as much strength as yours does and he’s already lvl 99. I’m hoping it’ll still work because I’m only on normal difficulty

​@@Fallen_2003dont use slime, use xiezhai instead. Xiezhai essence has 7 weakness as opposed to slime with 5 weakness. If you run out of incense for boosting Gog, I advice you to re-fuse him and keep resetting every level up with grimoire. I think people said if you went +2 str every level up with gog, thats good enough. If you don't want to re-fuse, then keep gifting gog with gifts on demon haunt and reset until he gets strength instead.

I showed my build at the end of the video but I do run Xiezhai affinities on MC. Its to boost Gogmagog damage with his innate. Gog and Arahabaki build is at the end of the video. You can change out the skill for stuff like Yabusame Shot for something like Enduring Soul. Arahabaki I generally like running with Animus, double endure, debilitate and both makarakarn and tetrakarn. I just forgot to change their skill set. Danu's Wisdom is broken is the fact that it restores ALL of the press turn at the beginning of the turn. If I use Danu's wisdom at turn 2, I would definitely have 7 turn back which is super strong and it would be super comfortable aka less RNG hassle to deal with killing Satan in turn 2.

@@tearlesscoder yes dana and dagda magatsuhi skill does restore your full turn even with Yoshi and Baal extra press turn.

@@kurimiaisukurimu Impalers Glory is 3.4x but has pierce build into it. Succession is basically 4x but has no pierce. Glory is better in this case since Demi Fiend resist light.

Iirc Mastema is basically another interpretation of Satan and something about Mastema actually with Gods permission able to control demons to test humanity. I think Tony4you made a video about Mastema as well talking about this.

I generally run Xiezhai weakness to actually boost Gog crit damage (not crit rate, damage) so yes thats why he is too OP. I dont remember why I run Demi Fiend essence here but yeah I forgot to change it back.

Old strat from SMTV? (give all your demons repel phys, switch in a new demon every turn and demi-fiend will deadly fury them wasting his turn. at half hp use accursed poison omatoki to seal him preventing medirahan, then use your team to kill him normally/also a demon every 6 turns)

You can lower the difficulty, or use other cheese strats

If you wander around more you will see people abuse it a lot as others super boss have shit lots of press turn icon

You can use this very strat with figment slash and really easily beat him Get a naho with , high phys pleroma and phys pleroma, critical zealot, and dragon eye and evergreen dance Put every single stat in strength with a new testament if that's not the build you're rocking with already Demi fiend knows every demons affinity but not their skils, he also always uses deadly fury immediately on whatever demon enters the field for the first time as long as it doesn't innately voids phys You want to drain all 5 press turns with this you need either reflect or absorb phys as a skill so get both fallen Abdiel and snake nuwaz any demon of the deity race and the deity talisman from the bull's god lineage quest line, from demeter and of course, Nahoheeho Also have the race transcendence and skillful conservation miracles My setup looked like this Nahobino Nahoheeho Beelzebub Baal Turn 1: nahobino uses omnipotent succession which costs a little less magatsuhi due to skillful conservation and Nahoheeho passive and evergreen dance Nahoheeho changes to fallen Abdiel Beelzy hit a weakness to build magatsuhi Baal luster candies Naho dances Abdiel fallen destroyers Beelzy debilitates Demi fiend deadly fury's on Abdiel and turn ends Turn 2 Naho dances Abdiel a switches to nuwa Beelzy hits a weakness Baal luster candies Naho dances Nuwa hits a weakness Beelzy hits a weakness Demi fiend hits nuwa, gets drained and turn ends Turn 3 nahobino who still has omnipotent succession now does omagatoki charge with race transcendence, getting the deity omagatoki from Baal and does 4 figment slashes, the other 3 demons return to stock and nahobino just keeps clicking the figment slash till demi fiend dies The demi fiend fight is really cool and there's like a hundred setups to beat it but I like this one since I hate essence farming nuwa and Abdiel since they start so high level and take way too long to level up

You can fight demi-fiend again at anytime after you beat him.

​​@@shury4260it's better to go with murakumo and almighty pleromas since figment slash can't crit on resist and you have to pass on nahobino for those second dances because you can only do it once per player turn but otherwise solid strat man

Also be careful with repels because repeled javelin rain can seal demi fiend and completely ruin the entire run

@@jonathansoelle3825 I defeat him twice for his essence and for Chaotic will. No this is still in NG fresh file. You can use the Arahabaki strategize setup for easy demi fiend clear if you are struggling, there is a video I showcase 3 turn satan with the same idea. Some tweaking is necessary but the idea is about the same.

​@@odinkiller727 honestly, yes you can. You might see more damage and debuffs on your party but you will live, just tweak and add more skills like healing and whatnot if you got scared of the damage.

I was using Satan affinities because it has natural resist phys. You can use Demi Fiend essence and using Mirage dodge works just fine. The reason I use Satan is because I fit all other demons here with Repel/Drain physical so I want Demi Fiend to target MC instead.
