I am a chef (well, used to be) not sure if I was very professional, maybe yes, but I know how to cook and I love my knives, have quite a few of them, and, in the past, i bought cheap "damascus" knives from aliexpress, and also some more expensive ones from "reputable" brands and sellers, so far I can tell you that some of the Aliexpress knives are great for domestic use, actually amazing and do much better than the crap you find in the shops, with plastic handles and colour coded ones. But these that are featured in this video, I would never ever buy, they are a meme, a thing to "take your eyes" and brainwash you into buying them, they just have no practicality in the kitchen full stop, they don't even look cool to me, I would not have one if given to me free, i'd probably gift it away to someone. You can see when they cut that onion, it's not a vegetable knife, it's too thick to cut vegetables, it would break them rather than cut, might be more befitting for spitting fire wood if a bit more heavy. But, as with everything, put an advert on for something, even if it's cearly fake like crap, and people will fall for it .... well, some people, with more money than sense ...

In the end, I got a credit so I only paid the 39.95, but they let me keep all 4 knives. They are bulky, heavy, and not very sharp...like a garage cheap knife. Obviously they mass produce these cheap knives. Not impressed so gave all but one away. I make knives and know a good knife from a poor quality knife. Gotta watch out for the power of advertising....lol Under the circumstances, I feel lucky to have gotten a credit.
