I'm sure you have learned this already but you can remove drawers from their slides to screw in your hardware after a few measurements which makes it a lot easier than trying to apply them in the cabinets.

My eight-year-old daughter loves your show ❤She came up with a jingle to your Lowe’s tune “Home Depot, Home Depot, every day that’s where we go!” Hope you get your sponsorship at some point 😅

Fantastic Little time saver hack, when you have multiple drawers that are the same size you can make a fast template that will keep the hardware the same and be a bit faster.

You aren't supposed to use dope or tape on the braided steel hoses. They have o rings that seal like a garden hose.

I’m so excited to see the finished result that I’ve skipped through a lot of the hard work, but I did get to watch the primer. SO FUNNY! Your pieces are beautiful and inspiring, and Andrea is such a hard worker and creative master!

Amazing video! My wife and I are in the final stages of our custom Ikea closet buildout. Our next step is drawer fronts to bring everything flush with the rest of the added trim, similar to how you did it in this video. We initially bought 1x8 primed pine boards thinking they were 7.5 inches wide (which would allow for nearly perfect 1/8" spacing around each drawer). However, they're only 7.25 inches wide and will create too wide of a gap between each drawer. I'm considering going the MDF board route like you did, but I'm surprised Home Depot ripped yours down in pieces less than 12 inches... can you share your experience with that and how you went about asking them to make project cuts? Also, how precise were the rip downs? Everyone always says the home depot saws will shred your material, but your cuts look so clean.

Question, does that adhesive hold up over the years? My biggest worry is putting them up there and it falls down as time goes on.

Andrea and Dean, I've seen all of your DIY projects and they are great and wonderful. But only the renovation from your daughters room, i would think:didn't she not decided any thing in her own room? If she's 14 years old, my daughters want to have her own ideas for the room. Yes, Andrea has make a very nice new room, all the colors and wallpaper are perfectly. But i ask me, if that is really that what your daughter wants? Where are the posters from her stars or other things what girls want in this time when they are teenagers? You know what I mean? Many greetings from Renata from bernau, a little town near Berlin.. ❤

I have done the daily multi Lowes trips on numerous projects but was fortunate to be less than 2 miles from a Lowes I also had the issue with sink fixtures not jiving with us plumbing and had to get other fixtures. I had a screw break off and that was problematic as it was reinstalling vanity door and couldn't relocate the screw but overcoming the challenges is very frustrating but also very satisfying

Absolutely gorgeous. Love that you really went for it making it very much your own and not generic. My only negative would be the vanity stain colour. It feels a bit too dark. Otherwise, it’s sooooo good!

This was such a fun journey to watch and it turned out so beautiful!! I love seeing all the struggles that come with it as well and that Andrea always takes the time to sit and admire her work. It's so important to take that time to soak in all your hard work. Also, Dean on that toilet in Lowe's!! 😂

The most frustrating part is the repeated trips to the big blue store. I only say that because one time I was at the big orange store so often that the employees recognized my dog and called her by name. So every time you have to go back, I feel your pain. I guess the only upside is the trip to Chipotle, right Dean? lol Andrea that bathroom is da'bomb girl! Love the moody vibe, love the drapery, love the tile color, love the wallpaper - let's face you've got a real eye for design, color, woodworking, and now plumbing. Oh and Mack and Midwest Magic Cleaning says Hi. Thank you for sharing and good luck on the mold clean-up - that looks like a nightmare. Stay strong folks!
