Good info with the trip to the concrete yard, interesting, another good video. With the volume you are putting out you will need to get a videographer to work for you.

@@landcruiser801 we had a videographer initially from the off. But it took too long and didn’t work as I was having to sit down and edit the info as it’s my experience that’s added to all the videos so in the end I thought I may as well just do them as it’s quicker and easier but we may in the future look again to get someone in

We absolutely love the new apprentice and truly hope he sticks with you. He’s going to end up being the boss one day. He’s got the right attitude and isn’t resistant to taking instructions, which is great to see. I think the way you’ve worked with him is exceptional and encouraging. We hope he becomes really good at what he does and sticks to his plans. We especially loved the line built wall in Manchester with my granddad-it was magical. He’s an investment and seems like a very sensible lad. Bowden, Gandhi, and I, along with my wife, have been talking, and we want to buy the new apprentice a bricklaying tool-a trowel. You shouldn't have to do this as it is a commercial property, but if you want to deaden the hopper get some sound deadening foam and glue it to outside. This will take the tinginess out and noise will reduce a lot.
