A scholarship doesn't cost anything. If places are requiring you to pay, be careful, it may be a scam

Hi Doctor! What makes you a strong applicant to get a full ride scholarship at UCLA? Do they consider someone with a below average MCAT as well?

Depends on if you're Asian or not. This guy likely had stellar stats to get a full ride in Cali. If you're a URM, you can easily get such scholarships with subpar stats. But if you're Asian, it's highly unlikely

Hello! I am from Pakistan. I want to study Mbbs medicine in UK USA but I cant afford fee and expenses. Can i get 100%fully funded scholarship there so that I can continue my study. I really want to study there but fee are the barriers for me . I have also very good academic background i have 93%plus marks in my intermediate grade . You can try to be a DO, instead of MD.

@@hanyramadan5123 DO means Doctors of osteopathic medicine (DO), instead of doctors of medicine (MD). In US, DO schools are much easier to get in terms of GPA and MCAT scores.

yes. in the us its important to complete the necessary pre-reqs before going to medical school. I have no idea where you are going to school but its important to research med school requirements and to plan ahead to give you the best possible chance of success.

Yh Places like US, Canada, Australia see Medicine as a postgraduate, so you would need to do a bachelor's degree before applying

A little bit, but not as much as many people think! it's more important to do well at whatever school you choose to go to. This is also where standardized tests like the MCAT come in handy because it helps medical schools compare applicants who went to different schools.

Depends. but its common for 8 years including residency, additional 3 or 4 years as fellowship depending on your interest.

Florida Life for the scholarships I discussed above its usually part of the application already. Each varies though so need to do your research first
