One can easily loose that connection to the universe when things get tense, overhelming, both timing and large in scale. I tried to stick to it through naming ships and ranking its captains based on their skills. But then, it takes time I barely have now. Nice, chill video, mate. I love it :) Also, beautiful imperial stations are there! Alliance doesn't have such, I am jelous :) I would love to dock in one or two rebel bases hidden in an asteroid...

The three wares added by DA_Eco are not required for production. They are a secondary ware that doubles the output if provided, by fabs will work without them. They are produced from just the workforce - the production output of secondary wares is very low with low workforce, but skyrockets if you have enough workforce hired at the station producing them.

So you can go into Player Info page(man icon top) then go to global orders (globe icon on left) and on the right of the page there will be the default global respons to Pirate Harassment. There is no option to ignore. It is complete bullshit in a realistic way, its only that way because devs want to 'balance' the game by making you either lose ships, or spend money or materials on escort ships. I just dont bother with medium traders anymore, and go strictly Large.

41:05 In the Global Orders you can set the default behavior for stuff like pirate attacks.

The Kuat start gives you both ghe gazanti and Lambda transports. I would got for Gazanti transport for moving goods around. Lambda is nicer for transporting people missions imo. Its a better personal transport but I also like using Mediums as my personal ship over small ships. As for the station messages, I believe audio settings could be adjusted for that.

Doing a run with the same start. Mining has been my bread and butter but graphene trading has worked for me as well.

No, a V is a K but with a heavy amount of missiles. And VRO cruise missiles (capital ship killers) at that. And the K in VRO also has turrets on the back.

Considering the limited time you have it might be a good idea to grab a few simple time saver mods Like the 360 scan and similar mods that just save a few seconds here and there but they add up I tend to go overboard with them but 3-4 of them could be a good balance to smooth out a few rougher edges

About OTAS ships - any ships with green color on them are temporary stand-in models borrowed from CmdrTurianes' Ship Variation Expansion mod. We gradually phase them out in favor of more custom ships I am making - but that is a loooong process :D

I know the modders are trying to be as accurate as possible and the stars wars design are getting old. But a little modernity wouldnt hurt. Especially to cockpit vews. Some of those cockpits are really ugly

This was helpful. Some of it was still confusing but I just started playing this game a few days ago and am still learning a lot. These tutorials seem to offer some really good tips though and help me get an idea of what I can do early in the game.

I would have gone with the one that actually decreases damage but gives better reload and cooling. For overall better dps because you can shoot way more :P. On turrets slasher is the best one you can have, since turrets can't overheat.

I"'ve tried to install it but it won't load. I get to the screen where there should be the main menu but nothing but the background. I have all the DLC installed including timelines. Even when timelines are disabled it won't work. All I get is the loading screen. For some reason, the discord won't work for me. I"m old and don't understand tech too well. Could you please advise me on what's wrong. After a day of trying to solve this issue it is frustrating to find no answers.
