I just wanted to get your opinion on my application for SIA's Ab Initio Cadet Pilot I applied last month and they sent me an email today from SIA stating they have received my application and they are keeping my application on file and will be in touch/reviewing my application in 2025 In your opinion, do you think this is just a courtesy email saying that I have been rejected or am I reading too much into this? 🤣

Do we need a 4-year college degree for airline??

Did my PPL ground school passed. I’m a student pilot out of LXT and got 40 hours. I need 8 more hours (including 2 XC flights CFI/SOLO) then comes my check ride. Currently studying for the oral portion. Already started my IFR ground but taking it slow till I officially become a private pilot. Overall it’s taken 3 months to get this far in my PPL training and my passion for aviation is my discipline and main motivatior to continue. Now I got a way to secure flight hours with a fam member who is a pilot every weekend.

What is the difference between british airways pathway program and speedbird pilot training program

The problem of money is not really well addressed for me because as a cameroonian we dont even have aviation schools, takeless of raising money to study abroad. It sounds like a no go area
