Hello. Well I could suspect it should be possible to replace the steering wheel to newer model however I can't confirm on behalf of Nissan. Please contact your local dealership for further details.

Unfortunately Not….You are stuck with that hideously ugly steering wheel I’m afraid! I bought the newer car myself, just because the very reason that I couldn’t cope with looking at the horrible old version….totally nauseating!
