He actually isn't moving fast, decent speed, pause as you need it. If this your first few times trying origami go with something easier. Then grow into it. Here is a easier eagle. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/Y5x9Z61yzNalmZc.html

@2:44 I could no longer understand what was happening I gave up and made a DIY bat (folded & successful, but, not as "demonstrated")
