Yet another band that I had never heard of until recently. Come and gone and I knew nothing about them. So much music to explore. For all its faults, the Internet is at least good for bringing me a world of music and art I otherwise would have discovered.

Man, I’m 35, I wish so bad I could’ve seen them or minor threat live. Greatest bands ever.

Club Soda Kalamazoo? I was there in 94' for them. Stage seems small enough for kzoo. But this album was after the show i saw.

Do you have the full shows of shellac or fugazi from 1998? thanks!

I do have them archived somewhere in storage! I actually thought about digging up the entire Shellac show and posting it - despite the audio not being that great. It'll be at least a few months before I get access to that storage bin though.

Loved those homemade amps, one for Bob and one for Steve: matching aluminum fronts featuring only an input jack, a switch, a meter, and one control: a big friggin' volume knob.

Always wondered if this song had anything to do with Adrian Viguera. Love you Steve. Wish I made it over to Electric to play some three cushion.

FUGAZI cannot be called punk. They are one of the few bands that invented a one of a kind style of rock music that nobody can imitate. It's not punk, its not standard rock, its not metal, its not hardcore . FUGAZI is basically everything that EVERYONE else in music is NOT. ( AND..one of the greatest live bands EVER.)

I was blessed enough to see them in Pittsburgh in 2001 right before the permanent hiatus. I don’t have the words to adequately express the magnitude of gratitude I have for these four and their music.

Follow the property lines All of them grown with time I’ve grown into the sky And time goes by the lines Whether ones blazes Unforgotten traces They cannot lead you home When the path starts on the ground They cannot lead you home When they can’t tramp on the ground They cannot lead you home When the path starts on the ground.

Saw them in Milano in 1999, this lineup. Still one of the best shows ever attended in my life. This band was incredible and unique. Miss them a lot.

This song already ruled and this version rules even more. Raw sounds trite at this point but if it's right is it still trite? God I wish she'd recorded an electric version of this before calling it quits.

Saw them playing twice in a week back in 1994, Hamburg and Amsterdam. Still feel the energy, it was like they let a monster out of the cage that nobody could tame or force back in. Footage makes me feel pleased I was there. Sheer existance, throbbing heartbeat, joy, pain, noise, fear, anger, commitment, relief. Love.
