Such a fun piece! The cinematography + location adds so much to the phenomenal playing!

Difficult not to be deeply impressed listening to Ni Fan & Lukas Böhm . . . Robert Marino is creating some of the more innovative percussion writing that I’ve heard. Thank you all so very much. If there are influences from Basque regions, and Txalaparta music, then double-thanks to the composer. (Please look me up should you come to Scotland)

I love this interpretation because it makes the rhythms much more clear to the listener and you can tell you really had to be super clean and intentional. Incredible job

From 1:20, which is my favourite part BTW, sounds especially amazing. Thanks.

Weiter so! :)

This is irrefutable proof that Rachmaninoff was made for Marimba. Pianists everywhere rejoice and rub their sore hands.
