I could use some help figuring the angle that the rams have to be mounted

Lots of trial and error..lol I built several lightweight sheet metal pieces until I got it right, then built out of 1/2" plate.

Thats what I thought you would say....just took a self cleaning dovetail and cut the 120 welds off the angle iron, welded c channel in and then re decked everything in wood for rollers and pavers..... now the 5 foot ramps are to short for a paver and it bottoms out so going to add on another 5 feet folding ramp but thats going to be heavy as hell
