BV SUCKS, I hate metrogel with a passion it makes me so depressed during the time I’m on it. I have the OHD in my cart now to be prepared for the next time it makes an appearance I can’t do the metrogel ever again (I’m sure others have been just fine on it but for me it was a pretty scary experience).

I'm 44 years old and do not have personal hygiene issues. My lady bits do not have a scent, and my husband has complimented me on many occasions. 😊 Here's what I do: 1. Visit my primary care doctor and gynecologist annually. 2. Only one sex partner (my husband) for many years and I unrinate immediately after sex. 3. Only unscented feminine body wash with boric acid on my lady bits, and I only use my hand in this area. Wash cloths spreads bacteria. 4. I use acne wash under my arms, between the cracks of my legs (where the sweat glands are), and along my butt crack focusing on my anus. Acne wash kills bacteria. 5. I maintain a healthy diet and weight. Sugar and carbs feeds yeast and being overweight/having fat folds makes you sweaty and harbor bacteria. 6. I don't wear underwear unless I am wearing a dress or a skirt. 7. I dry wipe with tissue, wet wipe with nonscented baby wipes, and then dry wipe again after a bowel movement. I know everyone is different, this works for me and I have no complaints..😊

1) Thin panty liners for leaks, normal discharge 2) ph-D inserts for Yeast and BV; at Target and Amazon 3) no scented soaps down there; Dove Sensitive Skin Wash 4) shave down there to reduce odors; hair holds odor 5) use a little bit of deodorant down there for odors 6) bikini shaving gel to prevent bumps 7) sensitive skin wipes 8) keep wipes, liners, clean panties in your purse, office desk, gym bag etc 9) probiotics 10) anti-friction cream for thighs rubbing together 11) fade cream for dark skin on inner thighs and butt 12) see a dermatologist for hyperpigmentation 13) A&D ointment for irritation 14) microdermabrasion (exfoliation) for hyperpigmentation 15) exfoliate strawberry skin 16) use men's deodorant for strong sweat 17) mask for underarms 18) under eye patches for dark circles 19) hydrating undereye cream. Great tips. Thanks

Lovvve these videos! Thank you so much. Growing up I was taught nothing.I had terrible imbalances in high school (yeast infections) that I was too embarrassed to go to even a doctor about. I am 28 now and have had 0 issues now that I use ONLY IVORY (and have used other sensitive, non scented soaps) for full body. To smell divine, lol I’ll use a nice Tree Hut scrub after. But nothing down below.

Another tip: Under arms: rub lemon under your armpits during your night care works. BV/ yeast: a few drops of oregano oil in your water, drink on a empty stomach for 5-7 days straight. Add a few drops to your bath water after your menses. Intake: increase your water intake but lower your sugar intake. Parasites: chopped parsley once a month helps with leaky gut as well as remove parasites from the body.

@@JourneywithTiffany thanks love 💕 Water tips: add mint and key limes to your water. Not only will it add refreshing flavor but the key limes is a great way to alkaline the body. Coconut water: is delicious and healthy, especially Young coconuts. Great for diabetics Hibiscus tea: great for high blood pressure. Add seltzer water to hibiscus ice cubes if you like and enjoy on a hot day. Watermelon : eating or juicing watermelon with the seeds helps detox the body plus it’s tasty 😋

Pit problem! No problem girls. I got yall! First, seek help, go to the dermatologist, they'll typically prescribe drysol (this irritates my skin, dont really use it) and clindamycin topical solution. Basically you are treating your skin for the bacteria that enjoy sweat and to keep you dry. Then switch to an antibacterial soap,I go between dove && dial the gold bar. Then use the Mega Babe detox charcoal bar daily, I swear this helps keep you dry and your deoderant last longer! Then i use certain dri daily deo && lume together. This has changed my life drastically! I am one of those that got musty no matter what i used or did within 2 hours!

Hey, hey! You are so right there could definitely be different reasons for why our bodies are doing all of this changing and switching! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I’m so late to the game. I didn’t learn about deodorant in the bikini area till some years ago but I was definitely an adult. Better late than never right! Yes, definitely try men’s deodorant. Don’t be afraid of it at all! Just go through there and smell them and find one that you feel like doesn’t smell manly. They’ve gotten really good and making the smells very unisex, because I think they know that we wear them now. The ones that I mentioned are two that I stick to that work for me and that don’t smell manly at all but, they have so many more scents to choose from so definitely check them out and don’t be afraid to use it. Thanks for commenting and thanks for watching. 🖤

No ma’am that doesn’t fix the issues lol. It’s not an std. single women get yeast infections, pregnant women get yeast infections. They can be brought on by our diets, using products the body doesn’t like, wetness and heat so many things. BV yes but not yeast infections and even BV doesn’t mean they’ve cheated could’ve came with them unknowingly.

As someone who showers at least twice a day. that's just me my mother was "oh she got milk on her wipe it off" and now I'm 47 and I bathe at least twice a day at least. If you're able to get a shower head that has different options. Turn to stream and rinse it out. A lot of funk is just up there hanging around. if you can rinse yourself out. even if it's with a cup and pour the water in that will help you as well. Try to air dry air drying is the best drying. Also, I can't shave it irritates my skin but my husband did find me a pair of clippers made just for women. I think it's called manspot and I have not had a razor bump yet. I use it most areas where I have hair except for my legs. I use a razor that is not a razor it's hard to explain you just rub it across your legs and it takes off the hair I've got to find the name of it I think every woman should have one. Also, if you take a quick sit bath in peroxide and witch hazel before you're getting in the shower if you're on your cycle and you still have your cycle it will help so much. I do agree with the chafing sticks if you have thick thighs that save lives so many companies make these chafing sticks that you can just rub in between your thighs I also like to use the vagisil odor blocker dry wash on my thighs. Barely any scent but it's just a dry spray that helps soak up any type of moisture that may happen in that area. Teach your young girls early to start wearing panty liners some of us just have a moist vagina and it's nothing to being embarrassed about but having dirty panties is so teach your girls to want to wear a panty liner early My millennium sisters oh my God now they finally want them wear a freaking panty liner at 35 and 37. Ladies if you do have an accident because you're not wearing your panty liner throw the panties away. Don't try to wash them cuz you will never throw them away and they will end up on the floor of someone's home my sister's story😮❤ and I totally agree about the baby wipes I have a small backpack that I just keep in my trunk that has a pair of panties a pair of pant assured a sports bra deodorant soap and I know you're like what did you need all that for. I swear I have helped at events, before the party starts. I'm back sweaty again. Tthat bag is coming and so handy. Try to keep panty liners, tampons and pads in your glove box in your purse somewhere in your car. you need a hideaway spot for just in case.

Any tips for systemic bad breath? Due to something in your gutt not due to oral hygiene.
@JourneywithTiffany
@JourneywithTiffany 22 сағат бұрын
Hey there friend!!! I don’t know much about this but I did have an old friend suffering from this! I know diet means a lot, cleaning out the old stuff from our systems and of course good oral hygiene etc but….. in addition she actually had to get medication to clear the issue as it was within! Def check with your doctor and see if there is anything you can be prescribed. I can’t remember what it was she took but it worked! Maybe start googling medications for bad breathe or halitosis and see what comes up. I find that it always works better when I go to a doctor stating what I want to try. Sometimes they are as lost as we are 😝lol so it’s good to already know what you might want to try. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching

@mariacorey1660 Try swishing & gargling with peroxide (30%, it’s an oral debriding agent) then floss, use a tongue scraper, rinse with water. Then proceed with Thera Breath toothpaste & mouthwash (mild mint). It Works! Oil pulling with coconut oil before brushing with Therabreath also helps! Look up videos on Oil Pulling to see how to do it. Pray this helps 🙏🏽😘
