How about someone from Germany who has German citizenship and was someone who used to have Viet citizenship before the Vietnam war to get back the vietnamese citizenship? She only has the replacement of rhe Vietnamese birth certificate approved by the Vietnamese court?

I heard that IA allows now to find factories though Google Map. Is it also working in Vietnam?

Yes you can use IA to provide you some factory names. I think the algorithm is also using Google datas (so Google Map / Google Search) to filter and provide with recommendations.

True. If you are used to sourcing in China, dealing with Vietnam manufacturers may be more difficult due to the language barriers.

Yes 'buying office' mean that we are buying on the behalf of our foreign clients, ensuring the sourcing, due diligence, product development, warehousing and logistics until the goods will finally be shipped overseas. This is suitable if you intend to purchase from many suppliers but if you are only working with one factory, then they should be able to handle the required paperwork for exports.

This problem shouldn't actually happen if you monitor your production entirely and if you already validated a mock-up that both you and the factory agreed. Still final inspection are required and I do recommend to use a third party at this last step to ensure the entire specs are fully matched.

If you cannot meet with the requited capital for investor visa types, then the common approach is to apply for a work permit and a TRC. Regarding the minimum required capital, our legal team can advise case by case based on the chosen business sector.
