Being alone is something we need to learn but most of us cant cause the humans weren’t designed to be alone so we always tend to look for people we always look for someone to laugh with to talk with and specially if you are in a relationship sometimes your afraid of braking up with your partner because of the fear of not knowing how to be alone and trust me sometimes it gets depressing 😢

But for how long would we keep isolating ourselves before we start to look for friends, for family

Learnt to say this to myself at a young age. No thanks to those around me growing up call me dumb etc all the time. When in fact I was gifted with HDHD. The way our brains go about solving problems (among so many other elements in life) is why I feel having someone that has ADHD on your team to run a business is a must. Side note. Took me ages to type this, was thinking 50 things to type at the same time haha

I believe our reason for being on this planet is to preserve life. We are the only specie that has the capability to seed the rest of the solar system and or galaxy. Time is shorter no thanks to the greed of men

Been hearing your name pop up for months, and just now seem this video of you. Surprised I had a similar life as a kid, wasn't till I was into my 40's that I have ADHD. Couldn't read above a 8 yo level till well into my 20's when I started to read books on facts and fiction, that I started to learn. Still to this day I have never read a novel. I have this weird need and want to learn and understand anything new I come across, and move onto the next thing hahaha.

The issue is that people have the wrong idea about relationships. Even the best relationships are hard at times and take a lot of time and effort to maintain properly, though some do take more than others. You sacrifice for the other person, but it's worth it in the end if you've built something great with the right person. There will be times where, no matter how good the relationship is, you will regret not just staying single. It's part of it. However, during those times you have to ask if what you are getting out of it is worth it? If it's the right person, and there's love, mutual respect, attraction, and you've built a true and solid friendship with that other person, it is worth it. I do not think we are meant to be alone.

Or you've gone through such heart break that's made you feel so lonely and alone that it's made you want to die at points... an extremely scary place to be and you're stuck between wanting to be with someone to not be lonely and not wanting to be with someone in case the same thing happens again... atleast that's my stand point now :/

As to be dwindled to a simplicity of human emotion amid seemingly infinite chemical and biological factors is more than beautiful, but bountiful, intrinsic, ethereal, soulful, blissful, informative, innate, inborn and purposeful. Having said that - whomever you might be encountering these words - I love you for whomever you are and are not. You are why we are here. So, I thank you for being, and for completing all things of conscious nature. See you wherever our journey leads us.

I'm not going to deny healing emotionally and releasing past shit can help speed up any healing. Obviously you can't deny other attributable factors such as inflammation and redness from actual toxicity. I've been hardcore detoxing and although I've healed emotionally in many ways, my body is still purging toxins, rashes, bumps, hives and getting lighter thru each cycle

Thats the thing. Its fun at first. It feels incredibly freeing to do just do what you want on your time and have no obligations to anyone. But at some point down the road you realize that life loses a lot of its meaning when you dont have anyone to share experiences with.

My question is if these beings are real, where is evidence of imparted knowledge that has no way of being known prior by the person? This should be easily provable especially in these studies

hi Kermwin , loved your episode , I am a coach and find some many kids lacking purpose and motivation and most parents are disconnected don’t know what their kids affinities are etc . Could you please do an episode explaining to parents the best available strategies to help their children develop .. many of the kids don’t have a foundation because of lack of experience with hardships and hard work etc . I advocate starting with some gentle structure and having the kids read and write and make meals and build models , activities that help them learn to focus and achieve tasks and advice to place them in karate or music 🎵 and other activities which require engagement and to find them friends who are good examples and have tone down goals . I’m referring to 12-15 year olds here . Pls advice . Much ❤
