None of these fit me except 16OZ as Im a 6'5 guy weighing 105KG. Anything below 16 hurts my thumb and wrist during strikes.

this is absolutely true, for the brain at least. in mma you’re much more likely to get cuts, breaks, sprains, any kind of superficial to semi serious injury but in boxing ur brain will take more of a hit

I do love what you guys are teaching, especially the second example, but it does kinda just feel like fainting lol. Don’t get me wrong, good advice, but I wouldn’t say faking a punch to throw a different punch is “telegraphing”. Telegraphing is by definition unintentional while feinting is by definition intentional

You should never try to copy the professional fighters, because they are PROFESSIONALS, and you are NOT.

Brilliant I made so many mistakes but always doubled at speed and it was a game changer. My southpaw jab was often: 1; 1-2-by the 3rd one in at speed, utter confusion 🔥

Legend When fighters have a sense of humour, they’re predators. I’m old now but when people used to want to knock the smug smirk off my face-and I had time, I’ll smile and say, “I’m a skate boarder, there’s nothing you can do to me that I haven’t done to myself”. It was my favorite thought interrupt 😂
