I am one of the kids in this tape it was my 4th birthday, in one of the videos there are 2 older girls who talk to me near the stage, I'm not sure who they were, I don't think they were anyone I knew, just other patrons of the restaurant. My understanding from people who worked in this location this is actually a few months before they closed permanently. This was January 1988 they would close April 1988

I was born in 1998 and by then 10 years will have passed from that moment and now that I am 24 years old with the experience of feeling what it is like to see 10 long years go by, I realize that it is not that long. Neither so long nor so short is seeing 10 years go by with me from now on, I really feel very old and apart I feel overwhelmed, not from not being able to meet them but from having existed at least 10 years after that moment.

You are right. One of the locations did have a fire. But not this one. This is the Peabody location in this video. If your confused on how these characters didn't burn yet there burned forms can still be seen to this day it's because there are multiple production lines of the same band. So theres atleast 5 of these sets of characters
